Pros

The best reason for working in procter and gamble is work and life balance. I like working in Procter and Gamble because I think I will grow to a great extent in future working in this company. Another best thing about working in this company is that you have a very good scope of moving from one function to another. That way one can aquire a great deal of expertise in different area. Traning opportunites are great for those who are interested.

Cons

Procter and Gamble is a huge company to work for. Some times your important work and go unnoticed. Lot of competition.

Pros

Many intelligent people who are experts in their fields who are willing to help and provide advice (if they have time). Decent benefits and pay.

Cons

I mentioned time because many people are stretched and overworked. Work life balance is pretty bad and shows no signs of improvement. A lot of this can be attributed to near useless management. Every project is treated as absolute maximum priority but can still be dropped at a moment's notice. Work processes are horribly cumbersome and slow. Even small changes require many approvals but there are endless demands to "move faster".
