Pros

Slightly above average pay. I wouldn't advice my worst enemy to even apply to this company.

Cons

Extreme work politics. No work life balance. All plants are located in middle of nowhere. You'd better have a PhD in politics to succeed. Rude bosses. Just get the work done mentality. Nobody works for company, everyone for themselves. PVPs are not followed. Hire a contractor to get work done. Zero diversity when it comes to gender, race and sexual orientation. Bosses care for themselves and will ride on your work. Leadership and upper management riding on the success of their minions. Every group is like a mafia. Leadership playing musical chairs. The smart kids are not respected. Get out of this company after 5 years. It's a drag after 3 years anyways. You can't chose your next role or assignment. Rather be an assembly line worker and do the same job forever. Good Manager = Whatever it takes, get stuff done; Don't care about budget. Bosses promise help, but help never arrives. Huge stigma attached to you if you are gay or from other race. They talk about "Straight Talk" but can't handle it. You don't know who to trust. Line leaders inflating numbers ad editing stop history to get promoted. Zero data integrity. Auditors are on the payroll. All audits are "non-surprised". FDA needs to do a surprise audit of plants.

Pros

Many intelligent people who are experts in their fields who are willing to help and provide advice (if they have time). Decent benefits and pay.

Cons

I mentioned time because many people are stretched and overworked. Work life balance is pretty bad and shows no signs of improvement. A lot of this can be attributed to near useless management. Every project is treated as absolute maximum priority but can still be dropped at a moment's notice. Work processes are horribly cumbersome and slow. Even small changes require many approvals but there are endless demands to "move faster".
