Pros

Benefits are awesome. Starting pay if decent especially if one is just out of high school.

Cons

Rough hours, hard concrete floor, 12 hours shifts on a 3.2.2. day nigh rapid rotation, a lot of micromanagement,. You are too tired to do anything on your days off. Toxic "Good Ol'Boy" culture. Non Union. Seniority means nothing. Some supervisors and low level managers are vindictive and will set you up to get in trouble, or fail or both. They say they are all about diversity and inclusion but its not really practiced. I doubt the rest of P&G is like Tabler Station in Inwood West Virginia.

Pros

Many intelligent people who are experts in their fields who are willing to help and provide advice (if they have time). Decent benefits and pay.

Cons

I mentioned time because many people are stretched and overworked. Work life balance is pretty bad and shows no signs of improvement. A lot of this can be attributed to near useless management. Every project is treated as absolute maximum priority but can still be dropped at a moment's notice. Work processes are horribly cumbersome and slow. Even small changes require many approvals but there are endless demands to "move faster".
