Pros

1.P&G Egham has a great atmosphere and feels like a university campus especially in the summer when people enjoy the gardens. 2.There is an amazing commitment to training and sharing of knowledge, not a day goes buy when there is not a lecture or workshop you can attend. 3.You are given a lot of responsibly straight away but also given the support to succeed. 4.Travel opportunities are ample.

Cons

1.At P&G Egham we are under resourced which means most of the time your days fly past! 2.Crazy system of Researchers and Scientist entry levels – basically if you don’t come from a “Red Brick" university or have a Masters/PHD you enter as a researcher and will be a “worker” for a long time before becoming a manager regardless of your abilities.

Pros

Many intelligent people who are experts in their fields who are willing to help and provide advice (if they have time). Decent benefits and pay.

Cons

I mentioned time because many people are stretched and overworked. Work life balance is pretty bad and shows no signs of improvement. A lot of this can be attributed to near useless management. Every project is treated as absolute maximum priority but can still be dropped at a moment's notice. Work processes are horribly cumbersome and slow. Even small changes require many approvals but there are endless demands to "move faster".
