Pros

Good salary. Very good processes and predictable environment

Cons

Toxic leadership, bs culture. The loudest voices are heard and noticed. If lead team or hr does not like you, it’s over. Among all great processes at the company HR suk big time. I still have no idea what are they paid for. But the one huge red flag for people who respect themselves is the fact that p&g is still operating in ruzzia and sponsors a terrorist state, even facilitate mobilization amongst its own workers. Such a shame for the company that claims it has values. Truth is the PVP is a fake.

Pros

Many intelligent people who are experts in their fields who are willing to help and provide advice (if they have time). Decent benefits and pay.

Cons

I mentioned time because many people are stretched and overworked. Work life balance is pretty bad and shows no signs of improvement. A lot of this can be attributed to near useless management. Every project is treated as absolute maximum priority but can still be dropped at a moment's notice. Work processes are horribly cumbersome and slow. Even small changes require many approvals but there are endless demands to "move faster".
