Pros
Much of the PROS have now being dropped from the recent actions. Questrade used to be an engaging, thriving company with solid values, but now it is nothing more than a stressful, boring workplace with no culture or transparency.
Cons
Average compensation, no solid payment increase, impossible deadlines, no sense of prioritization to projects, an infinite pile of ad-hoc work to support the ever-changing executive mind, layoffs all the time with more to come, no sense of respect for employees and absolutely no culture anymore. Working here is like working in a funeral.
