Initially, management stated that layoffs were a last resort and not considered a solution. However, since then, several layoffs have occurred, impacting entire teams. This has led to an official stance that no job is guaranteed, resulting in a very low morale within the company.

Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

Cons

I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
