      Good company, salary is ok, good teams, not abusive

      Cons

      Salary is only 30%-40% of Canadian SDE, could be 50%-60%. The career plan isn't clear. Is a little bureaucratic.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
