Colleagues are helpful- only one I could think about
Cons
1. you over work yourself while working at a near to base salary, 2. Nobody cares, all they do is hear and do nothing for a change except introducing AIs and possibly lessening human need for this role. 3. Supervisors needs to trust their team, and stop micromanaging. 4. Confused solutions from Super, Knowledge base and all the other internal resources. 5. No systematic path to resolve a simple to complex client issue, always have to go through a complex process of back office. why it cannot be made simple, when there are 50 other call waiting but you will have to wait for the back office to respond on their time! Had high hopes when started this position, but dropped gradually in this circus of chaos.
