      There are pockets of fantastic people who have been there for a long time. Good RRSP matching.

      Cons

      Very fast-paced with changing priorities & leaders. Little people management support. No psychological safety for teams with so many terminations.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
