      Huge pivot away from supporting employees with RTO mandate, low pay. Used to have a great culture where support was there, no longer the case.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
