Pros
I love that we are actually helping Canadians keep more of their money. The mission is easy to get behind. The flexibility (hybrid/remote options) is excellent, and the tech stack is modern. It feels like a place that actually values "the best idea wins" rather than just following hierarchy.
Cons
Because the company is growing so quickly, processes can sometimes change overnight. It requires a lot of adaptability, which might be stressful for those who prefer a more static, traditional corporate environment.
