      It's a good place to start, they take care of you and there is a lot of upward mobility.

      Cons

      You have to put in the time. This is almost like a hazing but the upside is worth it.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
