      Pros

      Some very talented people here, teamwork and agility are core values. The company is a leader in the FinTech space and has grown significantly in the last 10 years. The technology group is excellent and the customer service team is improving year over year. We seek to be the best in the industry and with inspection and change this is happening!

      Cons

      Growing pains and learning to deal with change can be a strain on some, but this should be viewed as opportunity for growth (personal and professional). Questrade has grown from a small business to a medium sized business in record time making leaps and bounds in the Financial and Tech sector.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
