Pros
- Company is rapidly growing - Good pay + RRSP matching program - Great culture - Lots of challenging tasks - Management actually hears your voice, as well as care about you
Cons
- Working with other department (Marketing especially) can be annoying when they all want to be tip of the pen. Everyone's a coordinator or supervisor, no actual workers in that department. - Sometimes priority of making revenue rather than delivering quality work - Company's benefit (Excluding Goodlife and RRSP matching program) is weak
