      Pros

      Convenient location, room for career progression, new office setting is great, exciting industry to be apart of.

      Cons

      Work load can get very heavy, especially around audit times or quarterly financials. Pay could be better. Culture during work from home is pretty absent and leads to a lot of burnout

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
