      Good exposure for working knowledge Somewhat flexible Relaxed and friendly environment

      Cons

      Compensation is low - whole company feels stingy Training is subpar, and trainers are subpar Lack of structure compared to established financial institutions Bears the negatives of a start up mentality along with the negatives of the redtape from large banks Talent is severely lacking due to points 1 and 2 Severe turnover

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
