Pros

Opportunity for growth out of the role exists, but requires at least 1 year of service in most cases before a promotion. Hybrid work is available. OT/extra hours available if required.

Cons

Shifts change every month. Work can be monotonous. On the job training of finance topics is insufficient for level of queries and responsibility.

Pros

Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

Cons

I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
