We recognize that the Client Services Specialist position requires exceptional patience and multitasking skills. However, we certainly don’t want any of our employees to ever feel overworked or stressed. While we already encourage managers to communicate with their teams on an ongoing basis, we’ll be making a greater effort to ensure they are managing their team’s workload effectively.
