      Management still needs to reform better systems instead of trying to run 'lean' (if its not broken don't fix) over optimizing processes

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
