Pros

Remote work, and the role does not ask you to work on the weekend. The supervisors and TL's have had your role and can empathize with difficult calls.

Cons

Rotating schedule every month from 7:30 am to 8pm, with a week warning in advance. The coverage for therapy is very low. They offer the app headspace as an alternative.

Pros

Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

Cons

I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
