Pros
Good entry level position for those entering the industry. Possible pathway to banking - lot of coworkers left to pursue bigger bank positions. Great culture and some great folks who have a vast range of experience to learn from. Solid teamwork mentality Opportunities to progress internally - promotions are the only way to get next level positions like Team Lead or Relationship Manager - although these positions don't pay much either
Cons
Company doesn't pay much but it's understandable since it's a cost-saving brokerage. Micromanagement stepping up due to remote work after covid. Company started making it mandatory for those in the area to come to office. Many employees let go for spontaneous reasons.
