Pros
Questrade more than doubled in size in just the past few years, acquiring many entities across the globe for its one mission to help Canadians become much more financially successful and secure. Best pros are the people you get to work with. It's a younger environment, so lots of energy and enthusiasm all around. Everyone I worked with has been open-minded while embracing change (because there has been many!) and challenges (which came as a pairing). The best perk is being able to work remotely from home (depending on job responsibility of course) and working from abroad (as long as it's not a high-risk country) for up to 90 calendar days.
Cons
Change is the only constant, but it sometimes it feels too much is going on at once. It would be nice to have more office or in-person/virtual events as well to bring everyone together, especially since so many people work remotely across the world.
