Pros

Work remotely, option to work on multiple channels like email, chats and phones. Good location. Easy to commute. Great training and you can get familiar with the job quickly.

Cons

Micromanagement. Horrible sick days and horrible vacation day policies. Hard to move up from customer service even though they say it's easy. Pay is not great and only get like $50-$100 raises end of year.

Pros

Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

Cons

I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
