* DevOps part is very toxic environment * lack of trust, role confusion, excessive stress, office gossip, unhealthy work boundaries, gaslighting, lack of career support, low morale and negativity * a group of engineers is sabotaging and affecting non desirable engineers performance * The higher management is completely detached from the engineers and tries to fix by randomly shuffling people and mass layoffs without notice and exit interviews. * The more someone complains about people, code and everything the more is promoted.
