      Great people. Good vibes, decent not culture.

      Cons

      -Upper management is confused on direction which only leads to uncertainty and lack of motivation from entry level positions - Executives flip flop between ideas from one week to the next - pay is average maybe even less - lot of people are promoted to their level of incompetency

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
