      Communication level between teams is low Not enough attention at process improvement Team leadership doesn't focus enough on people management, mostly focus on technical aspects

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
