      Questrade invests in its employees' professional development. There are numerous opportunities for internal mobility, training, and mentorship programs. I've been able to significantly expand my skillset and take on new challenges.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, there can be periods of rapid change, which can sometimes lead to adjustments in processes. However, management is transparent and communicative during these times.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
