Great brand, good people, strong sales team, and great presales help's RSA in the market.
Cons
Disconnect between leadership and individual contributers. Lack of clarity on the strategy and vision of the product lines and the company. Marketing gaps. Engineering team seems to have lost a lot of hi-po talent.
