Pros
Interesting technologies and some very talented people at the individual contributor levels. First line managers are generally good people and try hard to keep teams engaged.
Cons
If the management for your particular functional area or product line is not in political favor with senior leaders, prepare for a rocky ride. And unfortunately, the political winds seem to change every 2-3 quarters. Frequent re-orgs and layoffs at RSA and parent company EMC also inflict a big hit on morale every few quarters.
