Pros
I've worked at RMS for over 15 years. The job is very stable. They do have layoffs once in a while, but never anything major. You have to be very incompetent or very unlucky to get laid off from RMS. The benefit package is among the best in Tucson.
Cons
Effort for talent retention is very low. They will wine and dine you at your interview, and give you a great offer to come to Tucson. However, once you're here, they will not try anything to keep you. Promotions are hard to come by, but they'll give the higher position to new hires with no problem. Be sure to negotiate for a higher E-level than you deserve when you get your offer. Otherwise, you'll be stuck at a lowly E-level forever, and have watch new hires with no skills and no experience come in at a higher E-level than you.
