Work/life balance are ideal; enjoyed the vast breadth of experience; good people to work with.
Cons
Tried to move to two roles that were promotions, both moves approved by hiring manager then nixed by HR. Positions were filled through the company diversity initiative. When asked what I could do to be better I was told to compete for accelerated leadership program. I applied then was told that is geared towards certain demographics as well. Great place if you don't mind being a work-horse and watching others doing less move up.
