Pros
Being able to have 3 different roles (rotations) to gain experience from is huge! It also helps you see the differences between different sites and business units - it helps you gain a unique perspective that most of your co-workers don't have!
Cons
"final placement" or transitioning off the program into a permanent role could have been explained much more transparently by the Program Office. You're "guaranteed" a role post-program, but the quality of that role and if it lines up with your career goals is debatable.
