Pros
Additional benefits are good, especially for families. Tenure is valued the most, not skills or knowledge.
Cons
The organization presents itself as modern and agile, but in practice still operates with a traditional mindset. There is a strong focus on processes and documentation, often at the expense of meaningful output. Advancement and recognition tend to favor loyalty rather than actual performance or expertise. Efforts to introduce change—such as agile transformations—are slow, inconsistent, or never fully realized, largely because many individuals are invested in maintaining the status quo. Siloed thinking remains deeply embedded, limiting collaboration and overall effectiveness. Leadership is generally weak, with only a few notable exceptions, which contributes to a culture of micromanagement. Additionally, all-in contracts can be problematic, as they often result in expected overtime without proper compensation, negatively impacting work–life balance.
