Young, dynamic, diversity employees, fast promotion. Simple process and flexibility are good for fast decision making. Competitive salary range. Rb has lots of strong brands in the market and lots of innovations every year.
Cons
Young inexperience employees got promotion too fast. Lack of clear process. Sometimes work lie balance is an issue due to lack of resources.
