      You are exposed to a lot of sides of the business and understand more than just your scope of work. They believe in rotating their staff in order to gain more skills.

      Cons

      Your personal life takes a back seat - as you are always working. No real manager support to develop you. Company is filled with expats so very results orientated and not people orientated.
