Great benefits! 4 weeks paid vacation, one week Sick leave, medical plan is great, 401k etc development opportunities in areas such as engineering and logistics planning.
Cons
This is a manufacturing culture. So production trumps people despite the company efforts to shift that culture there seems to be a strange dichotomy between the implementation of culture change vs demand.
