Pros
Big roles with great commercial processes. Full autonomy and exposure to all levels in business. Very little beuracracy vs. other multinational. Smart and talented people so must be results driven. If is the best learning environment
Cons
Very political environment. People move fast, especially grads through the business not based on merit or experience which is often not great for sales. The worst part was a level of discrimination and unethical behaviour on NZ management team. Don't think this applies to other subs
