Pros
Great mark on your CV. Reckitt experience is highly regarded within FMCG. Many nice incentives toward employees, especially while transitioning to work from home. Upper management care about their employees.
Cons
The high workload accompanied by poor relationships between different functions will burn you out very quickly. Often felt very on guard while working here. Many people will throw you under the bus to deflect blame when needed. You will be fine as long as you don't completely trust anyone, minute everything and be assertive when things aren't right. You will come out of Reckitt with 3x more experience then you would anywhere else.
