Plenty of rude,arrogant, inhuman and envious people without any supporting excellence to justify that. No team vision, everyone is oriented to walk up the ladder by knowing more powerful people Marketing people to lead IT implementation (DO WHAT?!) Too many meetings, mostly driven by people that learned same stuff by heart but no clue of what they're talking about IT dpt not supporting, just there to create problems because they're former employees of an acquisition Internationally exposed but with few resources on the field to take care also for the projects ERP implementation with no significance and no robust structure - almost empty and not working Human resources totally not professional Insisting in integrating very old it software with new one without success.
