      I don't see any real pro or benefit working here. People is not respected. Top mgmt impossible to trust, no pro.

      Cons

      People have no value in the company. There is no transparency in the process of revenue and bonus. Company with owners not professional executives, that destroy any high potential to no loose their chairs.

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
