      Pros

      good teamwork. Cross linked KPI for annual bonus. Good career opportunities if you are in marketing (else almost zero career opportunity).

      Cons

      Too much politics at higher levels. If you are not in top 400 then HR doesnt care. No training. Last minute decision making. Things happen only when you email to very senior management. Low morale in company.
