      Great work-life balance and solid benefits. Truly enjoyed my boss and our team. Strong colleagues doing meaningful work.

      Cons

      Aging brands that lacked real innovation. It felt like we were followers in the market...always 2nd or 3rd. Never #1. We needed more innovative products not just ones we bought from other companies.
