Everyone I encountered were nice and knowledgeable staff. Quite a lot of long term employees. Good acceptance and looking out for inclusivity. Yearly bonus system (not guaranteed). Share Save options. Reasonable pension contributions. Social calendar and charity offerings to get involved in. I think the FLP (future leader program) delivers great employees.
Cons
Pay is on the low side. Probably need to be willing to relocate or have the means to travel to meet the 3 days on-site flexible working.
