      Working at Red Bull is unique like the brand itself. It allows its' employees to flourish in ways that other jobs wouldn't. Great management. opportunities, and values as a company.

      Maybe that the company has too many people working for it so it is hard to move up in certain circumstances.

      Good people, good benefits, good company brand

      Cons

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
