      Pros

      None that I can thing of its a job, just like any other sales job. It seemed like a great company at first until management really showed their true colors.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. All managers are looking out for themselves here. Not only are they non-supportive but very lazy and do not stand up for you in the market. They take alot of credit for work they do not do.

      - Political environment where the best ideas generally don't win - As the company has grown, it's become more bureacratic and corporate, causing slower internal decision cycles, misaligned incentives between teams, and ultimately a loss in entrepreneurial spirit
