      Pros

      Fantastic work place culture. Young company with similar minded people. Santa Monica, California is also not a bad place too call home. Looking forward to staying with this company.

      Cons

      Salary is lower than one would like, but one has to weigh the benefits that working for this company has outside of your average benefits - like access to events and experiences.
