Pros
Nice atmosphere and many young people. In the HQ you also get the lunch paid and you have drinks all the time.
Cons
Red Bull is always advertising with their "startup" spirit. It definitely depends where you are working for this company. But expect the office, it is just a normal company with intrigues and networks. It is also more important "who is your friend" instead of "what are your skills" There is no room for critics or feedback.
