Development is world class - You'll learn so much and will be a strong candidate should you decide to leave. People - Amazing people to be with. Very supportive of each other and informal. You can sometimes be yourself. Brand - An amazing brand and everyone lives the values.
Cons
It's not for everyone - Culture is very very social. Fitting in can be difficult if you're a little quiet Pay - A little low, but the parties and benefits make up for it! Progression - As it's fairly small, progression is very difficult.
