      - It’s a young environment so there are a lot of good people. - Short hours - free red bull

      Cons

      - Pay is terrible - Pays in nights out rather than actual money - Managers are ok, there’s a couple of field sales managers that have a huge power trip and have their favourites. - 0 progression.

      -great networking -looks great on a resume -you get to participate in large scale events -freedom to operate without a supervisor breathing down your neck

      Cons

      -paychecks can be inconsistent with wages being pushed onto the next paycheck -expect you to expense stuff like parking and gas at times
